Items may be returned or exchanged only if they are in their original condition: unused, unwashed, unscented and unaltered, with price tags attached and the purchase receipt available.
Underwear, swimwear, hair accessories, food and drink containers, bibs, towels, caps, gift boxes, cards, packaging and diaper bags are not eligible for return or exchange. Discounted items are eligible for exchange only.
For purchases made by bank or credit card, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take longer to process the refund.
Please arrange the return through the same shipping company. Return shipping is free for eligible refund only and we will issue a return airway bill for the package.
Attach the airway bill to the package before handing it to the shipping company. Collection may take some time; to speed up the process, you may drop off the package at your nearest branch.
