Return and exchange :
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment
- The goods will be replaced or returned provided that they are not used and are in their original condition at the time of purchase, unused, unwashed, unscented and unaltered with price tags and purchase receipt
- No returns or exchanges for underwear, swimwear, hair accessories, food and drink containers, bibs, towels and caps, gift boxes, cards, packaging and diaper bags. Discounted goods are only exchanged
- When paying with a bank or credit card, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method within 14 days and may take longer depending on the bank that issued the card
- Arrange to return the shipment to you through the same shipping company, and the shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• A shipping Airway bill will be issued for the returned package.
• The shipping company may take some time to receive the order, and to speed up the process, you can deliver it to your nearest branch.
• The new shipping airway bill must be attached to the package before returning it.
